We want you to love every brew, so if you are not entirely satisfied with your RAVE Coffee purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and a freshness guarantee on our beans.

Email our roasting team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.
Package Your Items
Ensure brewing equipment is in its original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is securely sealed and contains at least 75% of the original contents.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
